[145] Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) possessed of three further factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled: it is done without (the accused bhikkhu) having been reminded (asāretvā); it is done not in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by an incomplete assembly (vaggena).
Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation possessed of these three factors is an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one badly settled.
