Paṭisāraṇīyakamma

[146] Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) possessed of yet another three factors is both an act not in accordance with the Dhamma … it is done without having charged him with an offence (āpatti); it is done not in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by an incomplete assembly (vagga). Bhikkhus, an act of reconciliation possessed of these three factors is both an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, an act not in accordance with the Vinaya, and one that is badly settled. The Twelve Sets on Acts Not in Accordance with the Dhamma in the Act of Reconciliation is finished.
